On August 30, 2023, the project for the procurement of complete bathroom units for Building 04 in Group 1 and Building 08 in Group 2 of Nanjing University’s Xianlin Campus, in which our company participated, was successfully completed after three months, with a total of 941 sets undergoing thorough cleaning and acceptance testing.

The complete bathroom unit procurement project for Building 04 in Group 1 and Building 08 in Group 2 at Nanjing University’s Xianlin Campus is an important component of the campus. Since construction began on June 1, 2023, to ensure that the overall project achieves a 100% first-time pass rate during acceptance, meets quality inspection standards and government filing requirements for construction acceptance, and complies with the drawing specifications outlined in the tender documents, all members of the project team have vigorously upheld the professional spirit of “not fearing hardship or fatigue,” working overtime and tackling challenges head-on.

In response to the tight construction schedule, the project team meticulously planned and scientifically organized multiple construction schemes, rationally coordinating the construction timeline while strengthening coordination and collaboration with other partner units to effectively manage concurrent operations, thereby ensuring the orderly progress of the project. To address the significant construction difficulties, the project team conducted extensive preliminary research and planning, continuously exploring and implementing optimal construction methods throughout the project’s advancement, thus guaranteeing stable and reliable engineering quality. By appropriately scheduling tasks and adhering to environmental protection and emergency response requirements set by relevant departments, the project team conscientiously applied green and safe construction principles, completing the client’s project objectives to high standards, with excellence and professionalism, while ensuring safety, quality, and meticulous attention to detail, ultimately achieving mutual success and shared progress together with the client.
