This project is located on the south side of the intersection of Nanzhongzhou Road and Cidalu Road in Lixian Town, Daxing District, Beijing. Strictly speaking, an isolation hotel is a special-purpose hotel that should be classified as a public medical facility; therefore, not every hotel can become an isolation hotel simply by making minor adjustments. In the absence of specialized functional design for epidemic-prevention hotels at present, not all hotels can meet the requirements for such use. When a regular hotel is repurposed as an isolation hotel, it must first comply with stringent hygiene regulations and standards. The hotel’s sanitation must undergo rigorous screening according to professional epidemic-control guidelines, and relevant improvement measures must be proposed based on actual prevention needs and implemented accordingly. Only after meeting the applicable standards can the hotel be used as an isolation hotel. Furthermore, considering the integration of routine and emergency functions, the project is planned to serve as a four-star hotel after the pandemic ends. Although the project is being constructed to four-star hotel standards, it is a disaster-relief initiative primarily intended for inbound travelers to prevent the importation of overseas epidemics. Given its large scale and high construction standards, minimizing post-completion modifications is the top priority, ensuring seamless coordination between routine and emergency operational modes.
