The prefabricated bathroom procurement and related services project for the Ningbo Shengyu Digital Economy Industrial Park (Phase I) was commissioned by Zhejiang Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. and contracted to Runfa Residential Industry (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. The project aims to provide high-quality prefabricated bathrooms to meet the park’s operational needs.
The project encompasses the procurement, installation, and related services for prefabricated bathrooms, including the supply, installation, and commissioning of 343 sets of finished bathrooms [SUB1629] and 55 sets of [SUB1329]. The contract price is RMB 4,123,121.27, under a fixed lump-sum unit-price arrangement with an adjustable total price; quantities will be settled based on actuals.
Upon receipt of written notice from Party A, deliveries will be made in batches to the site within 30 calendar days, and the complete installation will be finished within 45 calendar days. The contractor shall provide a five-year warranty for the prefabricated bathroom units and piping fittings, a five-year warranty against water leakage, and a three-year warranty for hardware and sanitary ware, and shall assume responsibility for free repair or replacement during the warranty period for any failures caused by inherent quality issues of materials and equipment.
The successful implementation of this project will equip the Ningbo Shengyu Digital Economy Industrial Park (Phase I) with modern, high-quality restroom facilities, enhancing the park’s overall environment and user experience, and providing strong support for the park’s operation and development.
