The project is located in Phase III of the Chengdu Hope Tongyun Zhigu High-tech Park. It features well-equipped ancillary apartment facilities, with a total of 221 modular SMC integrated bathroom units installed. Grounded in the park’s needs for talent-related infrastructure, the project team meticulously planned the construction schedule, efficiently coordinated material allocation and on-site installation, and rigorously controlled construction processes and acceptance standards. Leveraging the advantages of standardized, prefabricated integrated bathroom construction, the project effectively shortened the construction timeline, enhanced the overall quality of the works, and successfully completed the supply, installation, and handover of all ancillary bathroom facilities, striving to create modern, functional, minimalist, and comfortable living spaces within the park.
