The project is located at No. 8 Xinxi Road, Xinwu District, Wuxi City, on the campus of Wuxi Institute of Science and Technology. It involves the renovation of multiple student dormitory buildings and includes a total of 375 sets of SMC integrated bathrooms in various models. The project team efficiently advanced construction, leveraging the advantages of dry construction to shorten the schedule and successfully complete delivery, contributing to the revitalization and upgrading of the campus dormitory facilities. By using SMC sheet molding compound material to create integrated bathrooms, the units are formed in one piece with no seams, offering waterproof, durable, environmentally friendly, and easy-to-clean features, perfectly suited to the high-frequency usage scenarios of student dormitories. At the same time, the design was optimized in line with the specific layouts of the dorm rooms, providing students with a comfortable, safe, and convenient bathroom experience.
