SMC Mirror Cabinet Production Process
1. Raw Material Preparation:
SMC Sheets: Prepare sheet molding compound.
Other Materials: Such as metal parts, glass mirrors, etc.
2. Mold Preparation:
Mold Cleaning: Ensure the mold surface is clean and free of impurities.
Mold Preheating: Heat the mold to an appropriate temperature.
3. Sheet Cutting: Cut the SMC sheets according to design specifications.
4. Sheet Laying: Place the cut SMC sheets into the mold.
5. Hot Pressing:
Mold Closing: Close the mold.
Heating and Pressing: Shape the SMC sheets under high temperature and pressure.
6. Cooling and Demolding:
Cooling: Cool down before opening the mold.
Demolding: Remove the molded part.
7. Finishing:
Deburring: Remove excess material.
Drilling: Drill holes as needed.
8. Surface Treatment:
Polishing: Make the surface smooth.
Painting/Coating Removal: Perform surface treatment. Install Accessories: Attach metal fittings, glass mirrors, etc. 9. Assembly
Accessory Installation: Install metal fittings, glass mirrors, etc.
Tightening: Ensure all components are securely fastened.
10. Quality Inspection
Visual Inspection: Check surface quality.
Functional Testing: Test switches, load-bearing capacity, and other functions.
11. Packaging and Warehousing
Packaging: Use shockproof, moisture-proof packaging. Warehousing: Store in the warehouse awaiting shipment.
