SMC Mirror Cabinet Production Process
1. Raw Material Preparation:
SMC sheets: prepare sheet molding compound.
Other materials: such as metal parts, glass mirrors, etc.
2. Mold Preparation:
Mold cleaning: ensure the mold surface is clean and free of impurities.
Mold preheating: heat the mold to the appropriate temperature.
3. Sheet Cutting: cut the SMC sheets according to design requirements.
4. Sheet Laying: place the cut SMC sheets into the mold.
5. Hot Pressing:
Mold closing: close the mold.
Heating and pressurizing: shape the SMC sheets under high temperature and pressure.
6. Cooling and Demolding:
Cooling: cool down before opening the mold.
Demolding: remove the molded part.
7. Finishing:
Deburring: remove excess material.
Drilling: drill holes as needed.
8. Surface Treatment:
Polishing: make the surface smooth.
Painting/Coating: perform surface treatment. Install accessories: mount metal fittings, glass mirrors, etc. 9. Assembly
Accessory installation: install metal fittings, glass mirrors, etc.
Tightening: ensure all components are securely fastened.
10. Quality Inspection
Visual inspection: check surface quality.
Functional testing: test switches, load-bearing capacity, and other functions.
11. Packaging and Warehousing
Packaging: use shockproof, moisture-proof packaging. Storage: keep in warehouse awaiting shipment.
