SMC’s new resin material, formed in a single high-temperature step, offers high mechanical strength, lightweight construction, corrosion resistance, and a long service life. Its spacious storage design maximizes space utilization, with carefully organized compartments for cosmetics, toiletries, and everyday items.

Key Features and Competitive Advantages

This washable bathroom mirror cabinet is waterproof and moisture-resistant, fully capable of withstanding humid environments. Made from SMC resin, it features layered storage and flexible adjustable shelves.

It includes a built-in socket, integrated design, waterproof and mildew-proof construction, infrared sensing, multi-foldable mirrors, a 45° butterfly-shaped light, concealed handles, soft-light LED chips ensuring even illumination, a centered under-sink basin design for convenient storage on both sides, and thoughtful water-deflecting edges to prevent spills—resulting in extended durability and rapid defogging.

SMC Mirror Cabinet Production Process

1. Raw Material Preparation:

SMC sheets: Prepare sheet molding compound.

Other materials: such as metal fittings, glass mirrors, etc.

2. Mold Preparation:

Mold cleaning: Ensure the mold surface is clean and free of impurities.

Mold preheating: Heat the mold to an appropriate temperature.

3. Sheet Cutting: Cut the SMC sheets according to design specifications.

4. Sheet Laying: Place the cut SMC sheets into the mold.

5. Hot Pressing:

Close the mold: Close the mold.

Heat and press: Form the SMC sheets under high temperature and pressure.

6. Cooling and Demolding:

Cooling: Cool the molded part before opening the mold.

Demolding: Remove the finished product from the mold.

7. Finishing:

Deburring: Remove excess material.

Drilling: Drill holes as needed.

8. Surface Treatment:

Polishing: Achieve a smooth surface.

Painting/Coating: Apply surface treatments. Install accessories: Mount metal fittings, glass mirrors, etc.

9. Assembly:

Install accessories: Attach metal fittings, glass mirrors, etc.

Tighten: Ensure all components are securely fastened.

10. Quality Inspection:

Visual inspection: Check surface quality.

Functional testing: Test switches, load-bearing capacity, and other functions.

11. Packaging and Warehousing:

Packaging: Use shockproof, moisture-proof packaging. Storage: Keep in warehouse awaiting shipment.
