The project is located in a Shenzhen urban village. SMC provided and installed complete bathroom units, covering the three mainstream models 0816, 1014, and 0912, totaling 11,473 sets. Addressing the need for residential upgrades, the project abandoned traditional wet construction methods and adopted prefabricated construction techniques, achieving standardized prefabrication and modular installation. The team efficiently coordinated supply, transportation, and construction, rigorously managed process handoffs and quality control, shortened the construction timeline, and completed batch deliveries, leveraging an industrialized assembly transformation model to enhance the quality of rental spaces in urban villages.
