Fortifying the Safety Defense Line, Safeguarding Production and Development — Runfa Hosts a Safety-Themed Employee Classroom Event

To further strengthen all employees’ awareness of workplace safety and enhance their capabilities in safety prevention and emergency response, the “Gather Energy” Employee Classroom of the Changzhou Economic Development Zone Federation of Trade Unions recently visited Runfa, delivering a well-structured, topic-focused training session on workplace safety. Employees from all departments and positions actively participated, jointly reinforcing the company’s foundation for safe production.

At the training session, the instructor focused on key principles of workplace safety. The class began by reviewing the background of National “Workplace Safety Month” and its themes over the years, emphasizing the work requirement of “everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies,” thereby helping employees deeply appreciate the importance of workplace safety. Drawing on typical industry cases, the instructor used vivid on-site footage and scenario analysis to thoroughly explain often-overlooked safety hazards, methods for identifying risk points, and preventive measures, enabling participants to clearly understand the dangers of unsafe practices and reinforcing their sense of responsibility that “there are no small matters when it comes to safety.”

Participants listened attentively and took detailed notes, engaging in discussions with the instructor about safety issues they encounter in their daily work. Frontline workers learned practical tips for hazard identification and emergency response tailored to their specific job scenarios, while functional department staff deepened their understanding of workplace safety management standards through the training.

This safety classroom event has further disseminated knowledge of workplace safety, enhanced employees’ safety literacy and emergency response capabilities, and advanced the company’s efforts to build a robust safety culture.
