Deepening school–enterprise cooperation to jointly build a high ground for talent cultivation — The leadership team of Changzhou Liu Guojun Higher Vocational Technical School visited our company for exchanges and discussions.

On December 30, 2025, leaders and teacher representatives from Changzhou Liu Guojun Higher Vocational Technical School visited our company to conduct school–enterprise cooperation exchanges. Company General Manager Zhang Minghao extended a warm welcome, and both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on talent cultivation, collaborative development, and other topics, aiming to achieve complementary resources and mutual benefit.

During the exchange meeting, General Manager Zhang Minghao used a PPT to introduce the company’s history, business operations, technologies, competitive strengths, and strategic plans, emphasizing the importance of talent cultivation and recruitment, and expressing his desire to deepen cooperation and attract talented individuals, thereby enabling the school side to understand our company’s capabilities and potential.

Subsequently, the school side presented its unique features, academic programs, training models, and employment prospects, highlighting majors and student sources that align with our company’s strengths, and stated that this visit would provide valuable insights for optimizing their training plans.

Following this, General Manager Zhang Minghao led the school delegation on a tour of the production facility and the product showroom. At the factory, he explained the production line processes and job requirements, while in the showroom, he elaborated on the product philosophy, advantages, and application scenarios, earning the school’s recognition.

The two sides reached a consensus to take this exchange as an opportunity to deepen cooperation, exploring models such as targeted training and bringing corporate mentors into the campus, thereby achieving precise alignment between talent needs and enterprise demands and fostering a virtuous cycle of development.
