Jiang Chuanye’s Heavy Wheel Yangtze Cloud Sail Integrated Bathroom Project
Release Date:2026-07-10

On August 21, 2025, our company successfully won the bid for the Runfa Yangtze Yunfan Integrated Bathroom project at Zhongjiang Shipbuilding. This project will provide “Yangtze Yunfan” with comprehensive design, production, and installation services for high-quality integrated bathrooms. The marine industry has extremely stringent requirements for integrated bathrooms; taking the Runfa Yangtze Yunfan Integrated Bathroom project as an example, safety is paramount in this setting, with exceptionally high fire-resistance standards, as well as slip resistance and impact resistance. Moreover, maintenance is challenging, necessitating a significant reduction in operational and maintenance frequency. At the same time, the environment is highly demanding, requiring resilience against continuous vibration, high humidity, and saltwater corrosion, while also maximizing space utilization. In response to these characteristics, the core implementation standards include GB/T 13095-2021 Integrated Bathrooms as the foundational standard, along with the Marine Integrated Bathroom Standard and relevant shipbuilding industry regulations on fire protection and materials. This collaboration marks another milestone in recognizing our company’s professional expertise in ship interior fit-out, particularly in the manufacturing of high-end sanitary units, and will strongly support the comfort upgrade and construction progress of the new generation of high-end cruise ships on the Yangtze River.

Chongqing Zhongjiang Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. is a third-tier subsidiary of Chongqing Logistics Group, wholly owned by Chongqing Steamship (Group) Co., Ltd. Located in Fuling District, Chongqing, the company occupies nearly 800 mu of land and boasts an annual production capacity of 200,000 gross tons of inland vessels. Its main business areas include ship design, manufacturing, and repair. In June 2024, the company undertook the construction of the “Chutian·Yangtze Ruge” inland cruise ship, with a total investment of 150 million yuan, significantly enhancing the passenger experience. The marine industry places rigorous demands on integrated bathrooms: safety takes precedence, with extremely high fire-resistance requirements, coupled with slip resistance and impact resistance. Maintenance is also difficult, calling for a substantial reduction in operational and maintenance frequency. Meanwhile, the operating environment is equally demanding, requiring resistance to continuous vibration, high humidity, and saltwater corrosion, while making the most of limited space.
